This is a spacious split-level home in a quiet Ventnor neighborhood, about a 20-minute walk to the beach. The driveway has parking for 2 cars. Guests can also enjoy beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, seasonal beach tags, and bikes during their stay. The home has multiple levels, so stairs are required to access some areas.
House Rules
-No smoking or vaping inside the home. -No parties or events. -Complimentary bicycles are provided as a courtesy and are used entirely at your own risk. -Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors. -Lost or unreturned beach tags will incur a $20 replacement fee per tag. **Use the bunk bed at your own risk. Use the ladder, no jumping, and supervise children using the upper bunk.
